The Motivation Story | Episode #10 Bonnie Hewitt -Overcoming trauma, anxiety and chronic illness, using mindset, intuition and mentorship
Introducing Bonnie Hewitt from Pittsburgh
"Nearly a decade ago while working as an accountant and raising my two children alone, I was struck down by a rare illness and left paralyzed. Guillain Barre Syndrome had attacked my immune system. It attempted to take me out. It didn't succeed."
Overcoming trauma, anxiety and chronic illness, using mindset, intuition and mentorship.
Unbreakable
Entrepreneur
Mom of four
Coffee Lover
Over the past 10 years I've been diagnosed with multiple chronic health conditions, had two more children, and attempted to go back to my old life only to realize, that's not where I was supposed to be going. I had to let go of who I was in order to find out who I was really meant to be.
Fast forward to 2020 and I've healed more than just my body and mind, but also my soul. I managed to start a business, and pitch my way to winning $50K in cash and prizes on David Meltzer's new Bloomberg TV show, 2 Minute Drill.
I am currently scaling my apparel business Posh Notions, learning to build my up-cycling business, writing my first book, and helping others manage and calm their anxiety with what I've learned. I'm also raising kiddos, continuing to heal, protecting my energy, and sipping my favorite dark coffee.
